The management of Houses for Africa and Jonah Capital, two real estate and investment firms operating in Nigeria and across West Africa, have raised the alarm over what they described as unauthorized and fraudulent representation by two individuals, Mr. Paul Odili and Mr. Adrian Ogunmuyiwa.
In a public notice issued by the companies, the duo was accused of falsely presenting themselves as members of the board and management of the firms, a claim the companies say is entirely false and unauthorized.

Records from the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) sighted by our correspondent confirmed that; Mr. Kojo Ansah Mensah is the Chief Executive Officer/Managing Director; Mr. Abu Arome serves as Company Secretary; and Mr. Victor Quainoo is the Chief Operating Officer.
The companies emphasized that any claims by Odili or Ogunmuyiwa to hold official positions within the firms amount to forgery and corporate identity theft.
The matter has been reported to the relevant law enforcement authorities, including the Nigeria Police Force (Special Fraud Unit) and the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), where investigations are said to be ongoing.
The firms warned the public to exercise extreme caution in any dealings with the said individuals. They stressed that any transactions, agreements, or solicitations conducted by Odili or Ogunmuyiwa in the names of Houses for Africa or Jonah Capital are null, void, and fraudulent.
Affected parties who may have entered into such dealings are advised to immediately cease all further transactions; report the incident to the Nigeria Police and EFCC; and seek legal redress through appropriate channels.
The management reaffirmed its dissociation from the activities of the two individuals and urged the public to verify company leadership through CAC records.
